We feel it as a deep push, pull or equilibrium and experience it both in solitude and in relation to people, pets and the planet.

Take a few minutes to meditate on this state of being. Let it fill your body and mind completely. When you fully remember how this resonance feels in your body-mind write it down. This is how it feels to be connected to your Soul. I call it Swholeness (Soul + Wholeness).

While the Soul is indestructible, eternal and whole, many parts of the world we live in are not aligned with Soul. When we encounter these forces, we instinctively armor up.
